Attorney Profile
Steve Leibowitz is an attorney and executive with more than 30 years of legal and business experience.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., cum laude), Dickinson School of Law (J.D.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation), Mr. Leibowitz has advised businesses and their shareholders on a wide variety of legal and operational issues. As General Counsel and subsequently President of Aisenstein & Gordon, Inc., a mid-sized distributor and importer of housewares and related products, he was responsible for strategic planning and overseeing all operating departments of the company, with particular emphasis on finance and receivables management.
Mr. Leibowitz is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Montgomery County (Pennsylvania) Bar Association (Business, Banking and Corporate Counsel Committee; Bankruptcy/Creditors and Debtors Rights Committee).
